- A2 Genotype: Sahiwal cows naturally produce 100% A2 Beta-Casein protein, which is easier to digest for many people.
- Heat Tolerance: They thrive in the blistering heat of Punjab without stress, meaning they don't need antibiotics or hormones to survive.
- Tick Resistance: Their unique skin twitches and oils repel parasites naturally.
- Rich Milk Solids: Their milk has a higher fat content (5-6%) compared to the watery 3% of commercial breeds.

Why Origin Matters
